Here is the process for a complete bottle packaging system from Phase Fire. An operator dumps bottles or containers into a bottle unscrambler also known as a bottle orientator. The bottle unscrambler places the bottles upright onto a conveyor or conveying system. The conveyor feeds the bottles into bottle washer or bottle rinser. In the bottle washing machine or bottle rinsing machine the containers are flipped over, washed, rinsed, and air jet dried. After the containers are cleaned they are flipped over and placed upright back onto a sanitary conveyor. they move on a conveyor to a automatic labeler, or a rotary labeler to be labeled. We manufacture three different styles of labeling systems. This labeling machinery includes the following types of labeling equipment: Pressure Sensitive Labeling Machines, Hot Melt Glue Labeling Machines and Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machines. The most common type of automatic labeling machine is a automatic pressure sensitive labeler or automatic pressure sensitive labeling machine. The base system includes an all stainless steel shrink tunnel, high efficiency dual blower design, adjustable airflow, and Digital time proportional temperature control with solid-state contactor and semiconductor fuses.
